Invite participants by Map ID
You must be a Facilitator to access this feature.
To invite participants to a map via a Map ID
1. Open the map, click Invite (top right).
2. Select the participants' role choosing from Viewer, Contributor or Facilitator (for details see User roles and permissions). The number and type of participants that can be invited is determined by your plan.
- Copy and share the Map ID as needed, inviting participants to navigate to the join.groupmap.com website and enter the Map ID.
