Invite participants by URL
You must be a Facilitator to access this feature.
To invite participants to a map using a URL:
- Open the map, click INVITE (top right)
- Select the participants' role choosing from Viewer, Contributor or Facilitator (for details see User roles and permissions). The number and type of participants that can be invited is determined by your plan.
- Copy and share the URL as needed, instructing participants to click on or enter the URL into their browser to gain access.
