Manage your account details
Under your Account, you can
- Change your password
- Change your profile details
- Change your plan type
- Update your credt card details
- Add or update your billing address
- Review previous billing history
How to change your account details
To update your personal information:
- Log into your GroupMap account at https://maps.groupmap.com.
- Click your PROFILE icon (top right of the screen).
- Select Account from the dropdown menu.
- Under the Account Details section, click on OVERVIEW, PLAN or BILLING
- Update your account information as needed.
- Click SAVE CHANGES to confirm your changes.
Note: Changing your email address will also update the email you use to log in to GroupMap. Emails must be assigned to a named licence user. (Shared emails may be blocked)
If you're part of an organization that uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you may need to update your details through your identity provider (e.g., Microsoft or Google) instead.
