Manage your account details

Under your Account, you can

  • Change your password
  • Change your profile details
  • Change your plan type
  • Update your credt card details
  • Add or update your billing address
  • Review previous billing history


How to change your account details

To update your personal information:

  1. Log into your GroupMap account at https://maps.groupmap.com.
  2. Click your PROFILE icon (top right of the screen).
  3. Select Account from the dropdown menu.
  4. Under the Account Details section, click on OVERVIEW, PLAN or BILLING
  5. Update your account information as needed.
  6. Click SAVE CHANGES to confirm your changes.

Note: Changing your email address will also update the email you use to log in to GroupMap. Emails must be assigned to a named licence user. (Shared emails may be blocked)

If you're part of an organization that uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you may need to update your details through your identity provider (e.g., Microsoft or Google) instead.
