Managing anonymity

1. Open the map customization page (see Customize your map).




2. Under Options, click Anonymity.




3. Select your desired Anonymity level.


Off - Participants names and emails can be seen by everyone in the meeting.

Partial - Only the the facilitators will see names and emails of participants.

Full - No name or email is collected and all participants are fully anonymous. Please note this cannot be undone once the map is created.




4. You can also set whether or not an email is required for participants to log in.




5. When ready, click Save changes.




6. If this is the first time you are editing a map's anonymity settings, you may also see an additional Group reports menu appear.


From here, you can configure who is able to view reports generated during the meeting.




7. When ready, click Save changes.
