Managing anonymity

  1. In your map menu, click CUSTOMIZE and scroll down to ANONYMITY.

  2. Select your desired ANONYMITY level.

OFF - Participants names and emails can be seen by everyone in the meeting.

PARTIAL - Only the the facilitators will see names and emails of participants.

FULL - No name or email is collected and all participants are fully anonymous. Please note this cannot be undone once the map is created.

4. Click OK to save your changes. You can now invite participants based on your new settings.
