Adding a message banner to a workspace

You must be a Facilitator to access this feature.

Message banners can be added to workspaces to highlight information for participants.


How to add a message banner when creating a workspace


  1. Log in to https://maps.group.com/.
  2. Click CREATE WORKSPACE.
  3. Add the message to the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section.


How to add a message banner to an existing workspace


  1. Open the workspace.
  2. Click on the hamburger drop-down menu icon (top left)
  3. Click CUSTOMIZE.

  1. Add the message to the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section.

  1. The message will appear at the top of the workspace, where all users who have access will be able to see it.
