Adding a message banner to a workspace

You must be a Facilitator to access this feature.

Message banners can be added to workspaces to highlight information for participants.


To add a message banner when creating a workspace:

  1. Log in to https://maps.group.com/.
  2. Click CREATE WORKSPACE.
  3. Add the message to the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section.

To add a message banner when customizing an existing workspace:

  1. Open the workspace.
  2. Click on the hamburger icon (top left)
  3. Click CUSTOMIZE.

  1. Add the message to the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section.

The message will appear at the top of the workspace, where all users who have access will be able to see it.
