Import ideas from CSV file

To import ideas from a CSV file:

Go to your map.
In the map header, click on the BRAINSTORM step.
Click on the BRAINSTORM step again to open the drop-down menu, and select IMPORT IDEAS…

4. Select FROM A CSV FILE.

Column	Required?	Description
Title	Required	The idea title (this is the only required field)
Description	Optional	The default 'Description' field
List Region	Optional	The title of the list (or region) of the map where the idea should be inserted. If absent, the first list (or region) of the map will be used.
Rank	Optional	The relative rank of the idea in the list (or region) where the idea is inserted. If absent, the row number in the CSV will be used.
X	Optional	For X-Y cartesian maps, the X position where the idea should be placed. If absent, a random position will be used.
Y	Optional	For X-Y cartesian maps, the Y position where the idea should be placed. If absent, a random position will be used.
Color	Optional	The name of the idea colors. Should match the map settings under Idea Fields & Features > Colors
Custom Field 1	Optional	Any additional custom fields... Should match the map settings under Idea Fields & Features > Fields
