Recovering deleted data

If you have accidentally deleted a map, then please do reach out to us at info@groupmap.com. We will search our logs and backups in attempt to recover any data that was deleted within a limited timeframe. Please note that some data may not be recoverable as part of our data retention requirements.

We ask you to kindly include the following information in your email:

• The name of the meeting that was deleted (if possible).
• The name of the team the meeting existed in.

• The date (roughly) when the meeting was deleted (is possible).

  
  

If the recovery of the data was successful, we will reach out to you with a confirmation email. Please note that charges may be applied for restoration of data.
