What is your data retention like for meetings and participants?

Your data is retained for the length of our active subscription.

When your subscription expires or is canceled, we will retain the data for up to 3 months, or delete upon request. Individual meetings can be soft deleted at any time by the map owner.

Data policy retention terms for Enterprise customers can be managed or negotiated accordingly to suit your needs.
