What Can the AI Agent Do?

The AI Agent is designed to assist across many types of GroupMap activities.

How to Use the AI Agent

The GroupMap AI Agent is available to map facilitators (it is not accessible to participants).

1. Open the Agent

   Open any GroupMap activity and look for the magic stars button in the top header.

   

2. Ask a Question or Give an Instruction

   Use natural language to ask for help. For example:

   • “Summarize what people are saying.”
   • “What insights can we take from this list?”

   • “Turn this into a 3-point summary.”

     
     

3. Review the Suggestions

   The Agent’s responses appear instantly. You can:

   • Copy suggestions directly into the map.
   • Ask follow-ups to refine the result.

   • Use the ideas to spark deeper discussion.

     
     

4. Continue the Conversation

   Want it shorter? Clearer? More ideas? Just type a follow-up:

   • “Can you give me three more?”
   • “Make this more concise.”

   • “Turn this into a SMART goal.”

• No Training on Your Data: Your map content is not used to train the AI.

• Secure Handling: All data is encrypted and complies with GroupMap’s Privacy Policy.
