Enabling or disabling Numbers
You must be a Facilitator to enable or disable this feature.
When enabled, each idea in the workshop is assigned a number based on the order it’s published. If an idea is deleted, the number is skipped. When ideas are grouped, a new number is assigned to the group.
This system helps track the total number of ideas and groups, making it easier for facilitators and participants to follow and reference ideas during discussions.
1. Open the map customization page (see Customize your map).
2. Under Options, Click Idea Fields & Features.
3. Click Features.
4. Under the Features tab, toggle Numbering as on/off. By default, numbers are off.
5. When ready, click Save changes.
