Invite participants by QR code
You must be a Facilitator to access this feature.
To invite participants to a map using a QR code:
- Open the map, click INVITE (top right).
- Select the participants' role choosing from Viewer, Contributor or Facilitator (for details see User roles and permissions). The number and type of participants that can be invited is determined by your plan.
- The QR code will appear in the in the INVITE window.
- Participants can scan the QR code using a QR scanning application from their mobile device. DOing so will give them direct access to the map.
