Enabling or disabling Numbers
To enable or disable numbers you must first be a Facilitator.
1.Open the map customization page.
2.Scroll to bottom to OPTIONS then click on IDEAS FIELDS & FEATURES.
3.Under the FEATURES tab, switch the ON or OFF option for Numbers. By default, Numbers are off.
4. Click OK.
Each idea is assigned with numbers based on the chronological order in which the ideas were published. If you notice a number is skipped it means that an idea was deleted and every time you group ideas it will be assigned a number to the grouped idea. This would provide the facilitator and the participants how many ideas were created during the workshop and easily to highlight during the discussion.
